Why are these perfumes so popular?
The perfume sells very fast and easy as its boxed and sealed in their own original packaging. In an economy like ours, 85% of households need to be careful with what luxuries they can afford for themselves or as gifts for relatives or friends. Most people would rather spend R800 instead of paying the full price R2000-R5000 in the store per bottle.
When will I receive my order?
It will take 3-7 working days to receive your order depending on when your payment clears, and where you are located. Please allow 3-5 working days for Processing & 2 working days for delivery.
Please note that on certain holidays, including the festive season, we do experience delays, but be patient with us, our team is working around the clock to get your order out to you.
Why are they so cheap?
All our products come straight from our factories in Belgium & France. We've managed to secure a special batch of designer scents that have been rejected due to certain reasons, which can include minor packaging flaws, Difference in packaging, recipe change or misprints, but the fragrances themselves, still Genuine (Parallel Imports).
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship directly from our warehouses here in South Africa, straight to your door.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE! Normally R200.
How do I place an order online?
- Search for the item/s you wish to buy
- Click to the “Add To Cart” button
- Search again if you want to add more items and also click on “Add To Cart”
- Once you have added all the items then click on the little shopping cart icon
- Go to checkout
- Complete the checkout form with your details
- Use the delivery address where the courier will deliver (street numbers etc are important).
- Courier delivers during the week only – so select the address where you will be during the week.
What happens once I’ve placed an order?
Once you’ve placed an order it goes into processing and packaging. Please allow up to plus minus 3-5 business days for processing and packaging to be completed. Where during this time your parcel will be handed over to our local courier company to obtain your tracking info. Once complete, you will receive your tracking information via email to track your parcel. Delivery then takes 2 working days.
These are Imported Perfumes (Parallel Imports) - and we can not guarantee the result of the perfume - as these are not store bought perfumes, but imported fragrances and we do not check every box individually to see if it's faulty.
We are an online Family based business, which means we do not have a walk in store, but we do courier all over South Africa. WE WORK IN A OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, SO ALL PERFUMES ARE COURIERED DIRECTLY TO OUR CUSTOMER’S, DIRECTLY FROM OUR WAREHOUSE, WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A WALK IN FACILITY.
Please ensure you understand the disclaimer before making a purchase, and not to discriminate the business, by accusing of selling fake products, as we do not sell fake perfumes, but IMPORTED perfumes with possible small defects!
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel by clicking 'Track Your Order' on top of the page or in the menu, either by clicking the link on top of the page on Desktop, or opening the menu, top left, on mobile, and enter your tracking number you received in your order email. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing. It might take them a few hours to scan the parcel which activates the tracking number, so please allow time for this process to happen. Please do not contact the Helpdesk unnecessarily, as we receive hundreds of messages and calls daily.
How do I stay updated with current stock?
We will update our stock availability on the website, but do also note, that stock might go out without prior notice, in which case we will communicate with you with a replacement of the same value.
Is this a scam?
- We understand that the amount of scams on the internet are so huge at the moment and we urge you to please have a look at our Facebook page to see that we do not scam.
- We are also registered with Payfast and Yoco and they have our ID numbers etc.
- We also have plenty of waybill numbers we can send you in order for you track them and see that deliveries have in fact been done.
Why does perfume smell different on different people?
Your own body chemistry affects how different notes react on your skin. Anything that affects the “natural” smell of your skin, such as stress, hormonal changes, your current diet or medications, might change how a perfume smells on you.
These are Imported Perfumes (Parallel Imports) for people who do not want to pay the High Retail Price, due to their own skin dissolving the alcohol up very quickly, and they have to spritz the retail bought one in any case more than once a day, OR would like to purchase these as great gifts for all year round! They look the same & come sealed in their original branded box but you might perhaps in some cases have to spritz them again at lunch time. Or they might have a small defect to the bottle, or packaging. If that's a hassle and you want to compare our fragrances to those in retail stores, then please do not buy our fragrances, rather buy from your Retailer at the FULL price. These are ideal for everyday use, and much more affordable. We do have Very Happy repeat customers, and we do assist our customers at all times.
How long does the smell last?
There are varying factors when it comes to how long a fragrance will last, our fragrances will last anywhere up to 6 hours. Unlike the fragrances you buy in stores that last 10-12 Hours. Please remember, that we source our fragrances from factories in France and Belgium, so although they are definitely genuine fragrances (Parallel Imports), their scent does not last as long as the fragrances in retail stores.
This is how we can offer a quality fragrance at a fraction of the price. If you would rather want to compare our products to those in retail stores and can afford to pay R5000 for a fragrance, then please don't purchase our products. But then know, you will be missing out.
It can happen in the case of imports from other countries that the concentration of the perfume may differ to that of the local version that you find in your regular retailer. This is because they are made in different manufacturing plants. They use different alcohol bases around the world i.e. Europe uses a potato based alcohol (Vodka), France uses grape based alcohol, and the USA uses a grain based alcohol.
Fragrances are also reformulated every so often, creating different vintages and batches, hence the same fragrance can differ in smell from one country to another, depending on where it was made or imported from. Therefore, in some instances, our fragrance may not last as long as the local version that you are used to.

Remember Heat Maximizes Perfume.
Parts of your body such as your neck, wrists, backs of knees, and other pulse points emit more heat than other parts of your body. That heat actually activates and maximizes your perfume that was sprayed onto your skin. There are times during the day where perfume might smell stronger than other times because of heat.
Do you have Testers?
Unfortunately these perfumes do not have 5ml testers. These are not the Oil based perfumes that people mix at home, pour into 5ml, 30 ml, 50 ml, and 100ml glass bottles and then distribute. These perfumes are mainly imported and the manufacturer does not make 5ml testers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Payfast & Yoco as our Payment Merchant. They are the most trusted Merchants in South Africa. We don't see your details and neither do they. They are simply a bridge between you and your bank. All your information is confidential. We are a SCAM-FREE Store with Trust Seals to show our Authenticity.
Do you auto-ship products or offer subscriptions?
No, we do not offer any subscriptions and will never charge your card automatically.
